Summary
This study tests a new combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy drugs for adolescents and young adults (ages 15-39) with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The goal is to see if this treatment plan helps more patients complete therapy without early stopping. About 67 participants will receive drugs like blinatumomab and several standard chemotherapies over multiple phases.
