Summary
This phase 2 trial tests two antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) — R-DXD and I-DXD — against standard chemotherapy in 144 people with advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. ADCs are like guided missiles that deliver a cancer-killing drug directly to tumor cells. The study measures how many tumors shrink and how safe the treatments are.
