Four-Pronged attack on tough colon cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of four drugs for people with advanced colon cancer that has spread and has a specific genetic change called BRAF V600E. The goal is to see if this four-drug approach can better control the cancer and help patients live longer. The trial is for adults who have not yet received certain targeted or immunotherapy treatments for their cancer.
