First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at how certain white blood cells (neutrophils) behave in people having a severe stroke. Researchers want to find the best time to target these cells to improve recovery. About 440 adults who need emergency treatment to open blocked arteries will provide blood samples and have their outcomes tracked. No new treatment is given; the goal is to gather information for future therapies.
