First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—Neuropilates and Otago exercises—to see which better improves balance, posture, and daily independence in people who had a stroke 6 to 18 months ago. 32 adults aged 40-70 will be randomly assigned to one of the programs and assessed over 4 weeks. The goal is to find simple, effective ways to help stroke survivors move safely and live more independently.
