Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—Neuropilates and Otago exercises—to see which better improves balance, posture, and daily independence in people who had a stroke 6 to 18 months ago. A total of 32 adults aged 40-70 will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and assessed over 4 weeks. The goal is to find simple, effective ways to help stroke survivors move safely and live more independently.
