Summary
This study tests whether a device that sends specific electromagnetic fields can help people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago improve arm function. 25 adults aged 18-80 with moderate arm weakness will use the device in clinic and at home for 3 months. The main goal is to see if it is safe and improves arm movement.
