First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study aims to find out how often nerve pain (neuropathic pain) occurs in people aged 80 and older. Researchers will also see how nerve pain relates to overall health in this age group. About 450 participants will answer pain questionnaires and undergo physical exams. The goal is to better understand pain in older adults, not to test a new treatment.
