First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special warm-up that includes balance and coordination exercises works better than a standard warm-up for improving balance and strength in people who go to the gym regularly. About 46 healthy adults aged 18 to 40 will take part in 6 weeks of warm-up sessions. The goal is to find a better way to help prevent injuries and improve performance.
