First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early study tests if a mild electrical pulse to a nerve in the ear can help protect the heart in people receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer or lymphoma. Researchers will check heart function and inflammation markers in 104 adults who recently started chemo. The goal is to see if this simple, non-invasive approach can reduce heart risks from cancer treatment.
