Brain training for new moms: a promising way to ease Post-Trauma stress

Summary
This pilot study tests whether a mobile neurofeedback program can help new mothers who have experienced trauma feel less stressed, improve their mood, and strengthen their bond with their baby. About 40 mothers with PTSD symptoms and a baby aged 3-9 months will use the app for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in trauma symptoms, parenting stress, and infant behavior.
