Summary

This study looked at whether adding nerve mobilization exercises to standard balance training can improve pain, movement, and function in people with chronic ankle instability. Thirty-six adults with a history of ankle sprains and ongoing instability participated. The results could help develop better rehabilitation strategies for this common condition.
