Summary
This study looks at whether focusing on hip exercises or ankle exercises works better for athletes who have long-term ankle instability after a sprain. The goal is to see which approach improves ankle stability, strength, and movement. 36 professional athletes aged 18-40 with a history of ankle sprains will take part. Results will help guide better rehab programs.
