Electric suit trial aims to jumpstart recovery for stroke and spinal cord patients
NCT ID NCT07164846
Summary
This study is testing whether a special suit that uses mild electrical stimulation can help people walk farther and improve muscle strength after a major injury like a stroke, spinal cord injury, or amputation. Researchers will measure changes in walking distance, muscle performance, and heart health. The goal is to see if this suit can be a helpful tool during rehabilitation.
