Summary

This study looks at how brain function and thinking skills are linked to anxiety in children and teens aged 8-17. Participants will have brain scans and complete thinking tasks before and after receiving either talk therapy (CBT) or the medication fluoxetine. The goal is to understand which brain patterns predict a better response to treatment, helping guide future care.
