NCT ID NCT07310030
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at whether one session of neuro-athletic training—exercises that combine brain challenges with movement—can immediately improve balance, flexibility, power, and reaction time in healthy young adults aged 18 to 35. Twenty-two participants did either the brain-focused workout or a standard warm-up, and their physical performance was measured right after. The goal is to understand if adding mental tasks to exercise can give quick performance benefits.
