Brain-Body workout shows instant fitness gains in healthy young adults
NCT ID NCT07310030
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether one session of neuro-athletic training (NAT) — a workout that combines brain exercises with physical moves — could immediately improve balance, flexibility, power, and reaction time in healthy young adults aged 18-35. Twenty-two participants did either NAT or a standard warm-up, and researchers measured changes right after. The goal was to see if NAT offers quick performance boosts for everyday fitness, not just for elite athletes.
