Summary

This early study tests a wireless brain implant from Neuralink that aims to let people with severe paralysis or ALS communicate just by thinking. The device is placed in the brain by a robot. The study will check if it is safe and works for 6 adults who cannot speak or use their hands well. Participants will need a caregiver and must live at least 12 more months.
