Summary

This completed study tested whether taking nettle and cranberry capsules twice daily for 8 weeks could prevent recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) in adults aged 30 to 75. Sixty participants with a history of frequent UTIs were given either the supplement or a placebo. Researchers tracked how long it took for a UTI to return and how many infections occurred during the study.
