Stretching nerves to ease diabetic pain?
NCT ID NCT07210203
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific type of physical therapy called 'neural mobilization' (gentle nerve stretching) to standard balance training can better help people with diabetic nerve pain. It will involve 32 participants with type 2 diabetes and neuropathy. The goal is to see if this combination reduces pain, improves balance, and enhances quality of life more than balance training alone.
