NCT ID NCT07141992

Summary

This study is testing which of two physical therapy techniques works better for reducing pain and improving movement in people with diabetic neuropathy. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to either do nerve gliding exercises themselves or have a therapist stretch their nerves, alongside standard exercises. The goal is to find the best non-drug approach to manage the burning pain and weakness caused by nerve damage from diabetes.
