Summary
This study is testing whether gentle electrical stimulation of nerves in the ear or neck can improve sleep quality for veterans with PTSD. Researchers are comparing two different stimulation locations to see which might help people fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. The study involves 87 veterans who have PTSD with or without a history of mild brain injury.
