Summary
This study aims to see which of two different nerve-block injection techniques is better at preventing long-term (chronic) pain after breast removal surgery (mastectomy). Researchers will compare a pectoral nerve block to a paravertebral block in 90 female patients. The goal is to find a more effective way to manage pain after surgery and improve recovery.
