Summary

This study aims to find out which of two add-on drugs helps a numbing injection work faster for patients having arm surgery. Researchers will compare dexmedetomidine and dexamethasone when mixed with a standard numbing medicine called ropivacaine. The goal is to see which combination leads to quicker pain relief and muscle relaxation, potentially improving the surgery experience.
