Summary

This study looks at whether a continuous nerve block (called erector spinae plane block) can reduce pain, inflammation, and the need for strong painkillers after mastectomy. Forty women with breast cancer will be randomly assigned to receive the nerve block or standard pain care. The goal is to improve recovery and reduce opioid use in the first 24 hours after surgery.
