Summary
This study is testing if a special nerve-block injection can relieve sudden low back pain better than a placebo shot for adults in the emergency room. Researchers will compare the two treatments to see which one reduces pain faster and helps people get back to work and daily activities within a week. The goal is to find a more effective way to manage acute back pain episodes.
