Summary
This study aims to understand a specific type of kidney disease called idiopathic nephrotic syndrome by measuring certain antibodies in the blood. Researchers will analyze stored blood samples from 100 adults who have this condition, including some whose disease returned after a kidney transplant. The goal is to learn if these antibodies play a role in causing the disease, which could guide future treatments.
