Summary
This study looks for new ways to treat nephronophthisis, a rare genetic kidney disease that leads to kidney failure before age 20. Researchers will collect urine and blood samples from 310 patients and healthy relatives to study kidney cells in the lab. They aim to identify drugs that can fix cell problems caused by the disease.
