Summary

This study tests a fixed-dose combination pill called NEPA (netupitant and palonosetron) to prevent nausea and vomiting in 55 women with early breast cancer receiving chemotherapy with adriamycin and cyclophosphamide in Hong Kong. The goal is to see how well the drug works during the first few days after treatment. Participants take the pill before chemotherapy and record their symptoms in a diary.
