NCT ID NCT07323186
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests a new, less invasive way to screen for stomach cancer using a swallowable video capsule guided by a robot and artificial intelligence. Researchers will compare how well this capsule finds suspicious spots in the stomach compared to the standard endoscopy procedure. The goal is to see if this method could be used for large-scale screening, especially for people at higher risk. The study will include 100 adults aged 50 to 74 who are already scheduled for a colonoscopy.
