First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 09, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and relatlimab) before surgery can shrink or eliminate skin cancer in people with stage II to IV cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. About 20 adults will receive the drugs for 6 weeks, then have surgery to remove any remaining cancer. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer cells left in the removed tissue.
