First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding radiotherapy to chemotherapy before surgery can help shrink tumors and improve outcomes for people with locally advanced breast cancer. About 50 participants with Luminal or triple-negative breast cancer that didn't shrink enough after initial chemo will receive both treatments. The goal is to increase the chance of breast preservation and reduce the need for lymph node removal.
