Summary
This study tests whether giving chemotherapy plus an immunotherapy drug before surgery can make colon cancer disappear completely in patients with locally advanced disease. About 56 adults with a specific type of colon cancer will receive the treatment combination, followed by standard surgery. The main goal is to see if this approach leads to a higher rate of complete response and better long-term survival.
