Summary
This early-phase study is testing whether adding two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab and cetuximab) to standard chemotherapy before surgery is safe and effective for people with advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if this approach might allow patients to skip radiation after surgery. About 40 adults with resectable head and neck cancer will participate.
