Could a drug cocktail before surgery spare head and neck cancer patients from radiation?

Summary
This study is for people with a type of head and neck cancer that can be removed with surgery. Researchers want to see if adding two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab and cetuximab) to standard chemotherapy before surgery is safe, and if it might help patients avoid radiation therapy after surgery. About 40 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
