Summary

This study tests a drug called NEO100 (perillyl alcohol) in about 49 people with a specific type of aggressive brain cancer (grade III or IV glioma) that has an IDH1 mutation and has returned or worsened. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it helps people live longer. Participants take the drug four times a day in 28-day cycles until their disease gets worse or they stop for other reasons.
