Exercise during chemo may boost tumor shrinkage in breast cancer

Summary
This study looks at whether supervised exercise (a mix of aerobic and resistance training) before surgery can help shrink breast cancer tumors in women undergoing chemotherapy. About 100 women with newly diagnosed breast cancer will take part. The main goal is to see if exercise changes tumor size on MRI scans.
