Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called nenocorilant combined with an immunotherapy (nivolumab) in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 50 participants will be enrolled.
