New 'Tumor-Seeking' radiation drug enters human trials for tough cancers

Summary
This study is testing a new type of cancer drug that delivers radiation directly to tumors by targeting a protein called Nectin-4. It aims to find a safe and effective dose for patients with advanced solid cancers who have already tried other treatments. The trial will first determine the safest dose and then see how well it works in shrinking tumors.
