Summary

This study will test whether sensory motor training for neck muscles, combined with nerve gliding exercises, can improve hand grip strength in 50 post-menopausal women with fibromyalgia-related neck pain. Participants will do laser-guided neck movements and nerve stretches for four weeks. Researchers will measure hand strength, arm disability, neck pain, and pressure sensitivity before and after the program.
