Summary
This study tested a 12-week training program using a device called TopSpin360 to see if it could strengthen the neck and help prevent injuries. 46 healthy active-duty service members participated, with some using the device and others serving as a comparison group. The researchers measured neck strength, range of motion, and how well people stuck with the program.
