Can special exercises speed up neck surgery recovery?
NCT ID NCT06279377
Summary
This study aims to find out if a specialized stabilization exercise program works better than standard exercises for people recovering from neck surgery. Researchers will compare two groups of 36 patients to see which program more effectively reduces pain, improves movement and balance, and increases quality of life. The exercises start right after patients leave the hospital and continue for six weeks.
