Summary
This study looks at whether adding stabilization exercises to regular neck exercises helps office workers with neck pain feel better, improve their posture, and sleep more soundly. Thirty participants will do either neck exercises alone or neck exercises plus stabilization exercises twice a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and sleep quality before and after the program.
