Summary
This study tested whether gentle neck exercises could help people recover faster after thyroid surgery. Researchers had 93 patients either do specific neck stretches and strengthening moves for 10 days after surgery or follow standard recovery care. They measured pain levels and quality of life to see if the exercises made a difference in early recovery.
