Medical Students' back pain under the microscope
NCT ID NCT03707288
Summary
This study aims to find out how common neck and lower back pain is among medical students in Jamaica. Researchers will also test if an 8-week standardized spine exercise program helps reduce pain and improve students' knowledge about spine health. About 1,000 students will participate, with some doing the exercises and others not, to compare results.
