Bras, hormones, and brain changes: new study probes pain in full-busted women
NCT ID NCT07579182
First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study aims to understand why full-busted women often have chronic pain in the neck, shoulders, arms, and back. Researchers will test if special sports bras help, and also look at how hormones, inflammation, and brain changes may play a role. About 140 women aged 18 to 60 will take part. This is an early-stage study focused on gathering information, not testing a new treatment.
