Summary

This study looks at how common neck and low back pain is among full-time staff at the University of the West Indies, Mona. It also tests whether an 8-week spine-specific exercise program can reduce discomfort better than general exercises. About 200 adults aged 18-65 who have worked at the university for at least a year will take part. The goal is to find simple, effective ways to manage work-related muscle pain.
