Summary

This study tests if the heart drug nebivolol can protect the hearts of women with HER2-positive breast cancer who are receiving trastuzumab, a treatment that can weaken the heart. Researchers will measure heart function and quality of life in 56 participants over several months. The goal is to find a way to prevent heart damage without interfering with cancer treatment.
