Summary

This study tests whether adding a special medical food that limits certain amino acids to standard cancer therapy is safe and doable for people with locally advanced rectal cancer. About 30 adults will receive the medical food alongside radiation and chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can improve treatment response and reduce side effects.
