New drug targets breast cancer that reached the brain

Summary

This study tests a new drug called NBQ72S in 10 people with breast cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastases). Participants receive the drug every 28 days. The goal is to see if the drug can control the cancer and improve survival, while monitoring side effects.
