New program aims to bridge care gap for women of color with advanced breast cancer
NCT ID NCT06405828
Summary
This pilot study is testing whether a community navigator can help Black and Latina women with metastatic breast cancer better access supportive care services. Participants will work with a trained navigator who helps connect them to resources and provides education. The study aims to see if this approach is practical, acceptable to patients, and can reduce cancer-related distress and symptom burden.
