New study tests whether a 'Research Navigator' boosts cancer care and trial enrollment

Summary
This study looks at whether adding a special helper called an oncology research navigator (ORN) to standard cancer care helps patients access support services and join clinical trials. About 686 adults with new cancer appointments at UNC Medical Center will take part. The goal is to see if this extra guidance improves quality of life and study participation.
